How to pay
Pay the way that suits you: EFT, card at the counter, cash on collection, or a 30-day account for approved businesses.
EFT (bank transfer)
EFT: contact us on 011 422 1333 or info@avdmm.co.za for our banking details, and we’ll send them with your invoice. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference.
Email or WhatsApp your proof of payment. We release or deliver once the payment reflects.
Card at the counter
Pay by debit or credit card when you visit us.
Cash on collection
Pay cash when you collect your order at the counter.
30-day account
For registered businesses with regular orders. Accounts are subject to a credit check and approval.
Terms: 30 days, subject to approval.
Applying for a 30-day account
- Send us your details by email or WhatsApp (see below) and say “30-day credit account application”.
- We’ll contact you about the next steps.
Request banking details or apply for an account
Send us your details and we’ll contact you within 1 business day.

- Request type: EFT banking details, or 30-day credit account application
- Your name and company
- Phone and email
- VAT / Reg no (optional)
- Invoice or quote no (optional)
- Your message
We use your details only to respond to your request, in line with POPIA.

What reference should I use for EFT?
Your invoice number, so we can match your payment quickly.
When will my order be released?
For EFT, once the payment reflects in our account. Card and cash payments are released straight away.
Do you accept online card payments?
Not at the moment. Pay by EFT, or by card at the counter.
Who can open a 30-day account?
Registered businesses, subject to a credit check and approval.
I need a quote or a pro-forma invoice first.
