How to get a multi-brand quote

  1. Send the list: brand, product name, grade (e.g. 15W-40, ISO 46, NLGI 2) and pack — a photo of the label or drum works.
  2. Tell us your suburb and roughly how much you use per month.
  3. We confirm price and lead time (Caltex from stock; other brands sourced to order), then you collect or we arrange delivery — and, if you ask, the authorised Caltex alternative for the same spec.

Do you buy direct from every brand?

No. Shell, Castrol, TotalEnergies, Engen, Mobil, Valvoline, FUCHS and NYNAS are supplied through trade channels, as an independent supplier. AVDMM is the authorised distributor for Caltex only.

Can I put several brands on one order?

Yes — that is the point. One quote, one account, one delivery and one invoice for a mixed list of brands.

What pack sizes can I get?

Common packs are 5 L, 20 L, 210 L drums and 1000 L IBCs, but not every grade comes in every pack. We confirm pack and lead time on the quote.

Do you keep other brands in stock?

Caltex is held at our Benoni yard for same-day counter collection. Shell, Castrol, TotalEnergies, Engen, Mobil, Valvoline, FUCHS and NYNAS are sourced to order — we confirm lead time, then you collect or we arrange delivery. Send the exact product name and grade.

Can you suggest a Caltex alternative?

Yes. If you want, we match your OEM specification to the authorised Caltex range (Delo, Havoline, Rando, Meropa, Multifak and others). We match by specification, not by name — always follow your equipment manual.

Do you show prices online?

No — AVDMM is quote-only. Send the product, grade, pack and suburb and we come back with price, lead time and delivery.

Where do you deliver?

Collection from our Benoni yard (Mon–Fri 06:30–17:30; same day for Caltex, other brands once sourced to order), or delivery across the East Rand and Gauteng — ask us about your distance. Route, timing and minimum order are confirmed on the quote.
